I have over 30 years of experience as a Leadership Effectiveness Coach, Consultant and Speaker, providing value to individuals and corporations committed to improving their leadership skills, behaviors and presence. I have a proven track record in one of the most demanding and exciting industries: commercial aviation. I have worked for two major international airlines, a regional European carrier and a leading aerial emergency services provider. I have also served as a management board member, responsible for setting strategic, commercial and operational direction, to the world’s leading airline alliance.
